During the pandemic, one particular need captured our attention. A number of neighboring children had little or nothing in the way of enrichment or at-home activities to enjoy while away from school: no games, art supplies, books, etc.
Good for Kids packed hundreds of enrichment activity parcels for children to enjoy at home while in quarantine. Both the Community Center of Northern Westchester and the Ossining School District offered assisted with distribution.
We were pleased to add a little cheer to the youngest and neediest among us.
